Thursdays: 18h00 to 19h30

Our training schedule at Bears Wrestling Club is from 18h00 to 19h30, ensuring that you receive the maximum benefit from each session. To make the most of your training experience, we kindly request that all wrestlers arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the session. This extra time allows for dressing appropriately and putting on your wrestling shoes so that we can begin promptly at 18h00.
